- A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH THE SALARY AGREEMENTS BETWEEN
THE COUNTY OF ST. CROIX AND ST. CROIX COUNTY HIGHWAY
EMPLOYEES LOCAL 576, AFSCME DATED JANUARY 1, 1981.
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Board of the County of
-St. Croix as follows:
Section 1. St. Croix County Highway Employees Local 576,
AFSCME for the year January 1, 1981 through December 31, 1981
are hereby adopted.'
That a copy of said amendments to the Agreement is attached
hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference as though
fully set forth herein.

Section 2. That all resolutions or parts of resolutions
contravening the provisions of this Resolution are hereby repealed.
:Section 3. That if any part or parts of this Resolution are
invalid, it shall not invalidate the entire Resolution.
Section 4. That this Resolution shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and publication, and all wages
and benefits shall be paid in accordance with said amendments to
the -Agreement from January 1, 1981.
The Resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the
County Board of the -County of St. Croix, held this loth day of
March, 1981.
Passed and adopted this !J day of 1981.

Summary of 1981 Settlement
Only those Articles which were amended in the 1981 negotiations are listed.
Article II - GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE
Add language in Section 2.06, Step 2 stating: if the union is dissatisfied
with the answer of the Commissioner, they have five (5) working days to
notify him in writing of their dissatisfaction.
Article VIII COMPENSATION
A) Revise 8.03 (A) - Sick Leave - to reflect that employees may.accumulate
sick leave days to a maximum of eighty four (84) days.
°B) Revise 8.06 (A) - Health Insurance - to reflect that Employees shall
receive a._maximum of ninety five dollars ($95.00) per month to be applied
towards health insurance premiums during 1981.
WAGE SCHEDULE - Increase all classifications by sixty two cents (62G) per hour
as indicated:
