resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 12 (81)
INITIAL RESOLUTION FOR THE ISSUANCE
OF $3,7251,000 GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of
St. Croix County, Wisconsin, that it is necessary and in
the best interests of the County to sell and issue its
general obligation bonds pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes,
Section 67.05 in the principal amount of $3,725,000 to
finance the acquisition, construction and equipment of a
health care center in the,T_own .of Star=Prair1e �{Iand the sale
and issuance of such bonds is hereby Gu horized.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing
resolution was duly seconded by Supervisor Arthur Best
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
favor thereof: Twenty Nine (29) - Twb- (2) Absent,
and the following voted against the same:

whereupon the resolution, was declared passed and adopted,
and was signed by the Chairman, whose signature was attested
by the County Clerk.
