A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH THE SALARY AGREEMENTS BETWEEN
THE COUNTY OF ST. CROIX AND THE NON -REPRESENTED E14PLOYEES
WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee is authorized by the St. Croix County
- Board to recommend pay adjustments for non -represented employees; and
WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee has reached settlement with a majority
of the bargaining units in St. Croix County; and
WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee has reviewed salaries of non -union and
union.employees both within St. Croix County and other comparable counties;
NOW .THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the St. Croix County Board of Super-
visors, in regular session, accepts and implements the 1981 wage and salary
recommendations of the Personnel Committee for the non -represented employees
effective January 1, 1981, 'and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the County Clerk is hereby authorized to
implement the salary increases as set forth in Attachment A.

NON -REPRESENTED EMPLOYEES
St. Croix County Non -Represented Employees shall receive an 82% (eight and
one half percent) salary increase over the 1980 salary level, except those
listed in this attachment. The Personnel Committee, after careful consider-
ation, recommends adoption of the following wage adjustments for the positions
listed herein:

NON -REPRESENTED EMPLOYEES
ATTACHMENT A
The St. Croix County Personnel Committee recommends approval of
payment of Health Insurance premiums for the County Board Chairman
and Vice -Chairman. The County will contribute an amount equal to
that contributed for union and non -union employees. For 1981,
the amount contributed equals $95.00 per month.
All non -union employees will receive benefits at the same rate and
levels as the union contract that they are most closely related to,
except for those benefits which have been expressly deleted from the
non -union package.
