INCREASE OF WAGE RATES FOR ST. CROIX HEALTH CENTER REGISTERED NURSES
WHEREAS, the State mandates a client/staff ratio for the St. Croix
Health Center, and
WHEREAS, a shortage is occurring in the area of registered nurses, and
WHEREAS, a daily fine can be imposed for operating under the code ratio
level,. and
WHEREAS, in order to attract qualified registered nurses it is necessary
to increase the salary schedule,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Croix County Board of
Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the Board approve the
rates for registered nurses for the St. Croix Health Center as shown:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that these rates be effective June 1, 1981.
Passed and adopted this 9th day of June, 1981.
