HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 1981 (26)1 RESOLUTION FOR ACCEPTANCE OF THE ORDINANCE TO AMEND TOWN ZONING ORDINANCE REELATING TO LAND USAGE RESOLUTION NO. e;I( r I WHEREAS THE Board of Supervisors for St. Croix County, State of Wisconsin,, at its session of October 22, 1974, adopted a comprehensive revision of the County's Land Use Ordinances; and WHEREAS, the comprehensive revision may be approved by the Town Board of each town; and WHEREAS, the comprehensive revisions has been reviewed by the Town Board of the Town of Hudson, and the Town Board has also reviewed the zoning district maps for this town; and WHEREAS, it is deemed advisable, useful, beneficial and in the best interest of the people of the Town of Hudson that the Town Board approve the comprehensive revision in the County General zoning ordiance and also, to be approved and recommended for approval by the County Board, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, THAT (1) The St. Croix County Board of Supervisors by a vote of the County Board taken at a duly constituted meeting held on August 11, 1981 approves the Town of Hudson Zoning Ordinance Amendment Relating to Land Usage and that the Town of Hudson had adopted the changes and amendment to their Zoning Ordinance on Julys 6, 1981.
