RESOLUTION OFFERING HIGHWAY COMMISSION CONTRACT TO
RALPH BROWN
WHEREAS, The St. Croix County Board of Supervisors is
presently satisfied with the job done by Ralph Brown, Highway
Commissioner for St. Croix County, and
WHEREAS, said Highway Commissioner has a two year appointment
as Highway Commissioner for said County, which appointment
is due to expire on the first Monday in January of the second
year,succeeding the year of'his election, and
WHEREAS, said County desires to re -appoint said Commissioner
for another two year period.
NOWT, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the St, Croix County Board of
Supervisors re -appoint Ralph Brown'to the position of Highway
Commissioner for St. Croix `County with the terms and conditions of
said appointment to be negotiated with him by the Highway Committee
of the St. Croix, County Board of Supervisors.
Passed and Adopted this 17th day of November , 1981.
