DESIGNATING BANK DEPOSITORY
WHEREAS, the St'. Croix County Board of Supervisors has become
aware of the desirability of depositing all St. Croix County funds and
revenues in a single bank located within St Croix County, and
WHEREAS, St. Croix County is authorized to do so pursuant to
Wisconsin Statutes,
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the St. Croix County Board of
Supervisors meeting in regular session that the STATE BANK OF
ROBERTS, Roberts,Wis. is hereby designated as County Depository;
and the treasurer of St. Croix County is required and authorized to
take all steps necessary to secure the deposit of all County monies
within said bank effective January 1. 1982 for a period of one year. `
Passed and adopted this 17th day of November, 1981.
