MINUTES OF THE ST. CROIX COUNTY TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE
Meeting of February 17, 2005
The meeting was called to order by Vice - Chairman Grant at 8:48 A.M.
Roll call was taken with Grant, Jacobson, Peterson and Rebholz in
attendance. King was absent. Others present for all or parts of the
meeting include Tim Ramberg, Jim Harer and Eileen Graham.
A motion was made and seconded (Peterson /Rebholz) to adopt the agenda as
published.
A motion was made and seconded (Peterson /Jacobson) to convene into
closed session pursuant to Wisconsin State Statue 19.85(1)(c) for the
purpose of employment interviews. Motion carried.
A motion was made and seconded (Rebholz /Peterson) to reconvene into open
session. Motion carried.
Adjournment: A motion was made and seconded (Grant /Jacobson) to adjourn
at 11:15 A.M. Motion carried.
