A parcel of land located in the NW YA of the NW YA and the SW YA of the
NWX of Section 32, T30N, R17W. Town of Erin Prairie. St. Croix
County, Wisconsin.
Described in warranty deed recorded in volume 1041, page 483 in the St.
Croix County Register of Deeds office as the west 351.12' of the north
1981.98' of the NWK of Section 32, T30N, R17W. Town of Erin Prairie,
St. Croix County, Wisconsin.
More particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the NW corner of Section 32; thence N89°27'08"E 351.15'
along the north line of the NW YA of said Section 32; thence S0ri7'41"E
1982.15' parallel with the west line of the NW YA of said Section 32;
thence S89°27'08"W 351.15' parallel with said north line of the NW YA of
said Section 32 to said west line of the NW YA] thence N0ri7'41"W
1982.15' along said west line to the NW YA of Section 32 and the point of
beginning. This description contains 695,972 square feet (15.98 acres)
more or less and is subject to any easements, restrictions or covenants
of record.
NO TE: The purpose of this survey is to mark the boundaries of the property
and more particularly describe the property. As part of this survey, additional
attention was given to the exact location of the west face of the house in relation
to the west line of the NW YA of Section 32 and the centerline of 160th Street
directly west of the dwelling. This was done with the intention of being used as a
planning tool for a possible addition to the dwelling.

At the W K corner and the NW corner of Section 32 the centerline is within 2' of the section line or less. The road centerline was intended to follow the section line. However, when there are hills involved, early road builders and graders had a much more difficult time staying on the section lines during construction. The gravel driveway shown hereon is at the crest of a hill. While traveling north from the WK corner, the center of the road veers easterly to as much as 5.4' until north of the shown driveway.
