AUTHORIZING LAW ENFORCEMENT CONTRACT AGREEMENT
A resolution setting forth the salary agreements between the County of
St. Croix and St. Croix County Law Enforcement Employees Local 662,
General Teamsters Union dated January 1, 1982.
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Board of the County of St. Croix as follows:
Section 1. That the amendments to the Agreement between the Personnel
Committee of St. Croix County and St. Croix County Law Enforcement
Employees Local 662, International Brotherhood of Teamsters, for the
years January 1, 1982 through December 31, 1983 are hereby adopted:
That a copy of said summarized amendments to the Agreement is attached
hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference as though
fully set forth herein.
Section.2. That all resolutions or parts of resolutions contravening
the provisions of this Resolution are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That if any part or parts of the Resolution are invalid,
it shall not invalidate the entire Resolution.

Section 4. That this Resolution shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and publication, and all wages and _benefits
shall be paid in accordance with said amendments to the Agreement
from January 1, 1982,
This Resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the County Board
of ;the County of St. Croix, held this 9th d.ay'of March, 1982
