WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee has met and negotiated with the
various bargaining units in the County, and
WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee has been authorized by the County
Board to recommend pay adjustments for non -represented personnel; and
WHEREAS, it is in the interest of St. Croix County as an employer
to grant salary increases to employees who are not otherwise represented by
bargaining units for the year 1982 to reflect changing economic conditions,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the St. Croix County Board of
Supervisors, in regular session, accepts and implements the 1982 wage and
salary recommendations of the Personnel Committee for the non -represented
employees effective January 1, 1982 as documented in Attachment "A"

ATTACHMENT "A"
St. Croix County non -represented employees shall receive the
following salary increases for 1982:
All full-time employees will receive an additional $1,200 or 5%
over their 1981 salary rate, whichever is greater. In addition, the
Health Care Center employees will receive $17.70 per month in lieu of
free meals (commencing May 1, 1982). The Personnel Committee, after
careful consideration, recommends the following wage adjustments in
addition to the annual increase:
