HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 1982 (14)RESOLUTION NO. !� ) WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee has met and negotiated with the various bargaining units in the County, and WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee has been authorized by the County Board to recommend pay adjustments for non -represented personnel; and WHEREAS, it is in the interest of St. Croix County as an employer to grant salary increases to employees who are not otherwise represented by bargaining units for the year 1982 to reflect changing economic conditions, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors, in regular session, accepts and implements the 1982 wage and salary recommendations of the Personnel Committee for the non -represented employees effective January 1, 1982 as documented in Attachment "A" Dated this 5th day of April, 1982. In addition, the Health Care Center employees will receive $17.70 per month in lieu of free meals (commencing May 1, 1982). The Personnel Committee, after careful consideration, recommends the following wage adjustments in addition to the annual increase: County Parks Director add'l. $ 40.00/month $15,037 to $15,517 Income Maintenance add'l. $ 50.00/month $17,500 to $18,100 Supervisor, Soc. Services Personnel Specialist add'l. $100.00/month $15,000 to $16,200 Communications Chief add'l. $ 83.33/month $17,000 to $18,000 Child Support Worker #1 add'l. $ 50.00/month $ 9,000 to $ 9,600 Director of Activities, add'l. $100.00/month $14,128 to $15,328 Nursing Home, Health Center The Personnel Committee also recommends the following items for adoption -- Library Administrator no increase over 1981 salary level Public Health Nursing Office (hourly personnel --not eligible for the across-the-board increase) Home Care RN add'l. 550hour EPSDT Coordinator add'l. 42(,/hour Home Health Aide add'l. 40(,I/hour WIC Clerk add'l. 35(,/hour RN at Health Care Center (hourly personnel only) Start 6-month 1-year 2-Nears add'l. 30o,/hr. 30 0 hr. 60 0hr. 60G/hr.
