RESOLUTION NO. (82)
UPDATING INDIRECT COST ALLOCATION PLAN
1981) PLAN FOR 1983 RECOVERIES
WHEREAS, ST. CROIX COUNTY entered into an Agreement with DAVID M.
GRIFFITH AND ASSOCIATES for an Indirect Cost Allocation Plan by Resolution
No. 49 (78) at their June 13th, 1978 Session, and
WHEREAS, it appears that St. Croix County may again be eligible to
recover certain indirect costs related to the administration of Federally
Funded County Programs, and
WHEREAS, the recovery of said costs is dependent upon the filing of an
approved cost recovery plan which would be extremely difficult to prepare, and
WHEREAS, David M. Griffith and Associates of Northbrook, Illinois have
offered to prepare said plan on a contigent fee basis which reults in no
cost to the County, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED that the St. Croix County Finance Committee be authurized
to enter into a contract with David M. Griffith and Associates for the
preparation of said updating cost recovery plan.
