ON ST. CROIX COUNTY HUMAN SERVICES COORDINATING COMMITTEE.

WHEREAS, on May 18, 1976, Resolution #40(76) was passed by
The St. Croix County Board of Supervisors creating the St. Croix County
Human Services Coordinating Committee, and
WHEREAS, said Committee consisted of 16 members as denominated in
said Resolution, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended by the said Human Services Coor-
dinating Committee that the representation on said Committee be amended to
more accurately reflect certain changes that have been made since 1976 in
the area of human services,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the St. Croix County Board of Super-
visors, meeting in regular session, that that portion of Resolution 40(76)
naming 16 members for the St. Croix County Human Services Coordinating
Committee is hereby amended in that the following shall be new representa-
tives on the said Committee from this date forward:
1. St. Croix County Unified Services---1 member
2. Westcap --- 1 member
3. Department of Social Services---1 member
4. Public Health Office---1 member
5. State Division of Corrections ----1 member
6. Sheriff's Office/Communication Center---1 member
7. Lutheran Social Services---1 member
8. Job Service---1 member
9. Council on Aging/EARS---1 member
10. Wisconsin Indianhead Technical Institute---1 member
11. Extension---1 member
12. Health Planning Forum---1 member
13. Juvenile Intake/Juvenile Probation Services---1 member
14. County Planning Office--- 1 member
15. District Attorney's Office--1 member
16. County Board Representative---1 member
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Resolution #40(76) shall in all other
respects remain the same.
