Non -Represented Staff Wage Increases
WHEREAS the Personnel Committee has been authorized by the County Board
to recommend salary increases and wage adjustments for non -represented
personnel, and
WHEREAS it is in the interest of St. Croix County as an employer to grant
salary reviews to employees who are not otherwise represented by
,bargaining units for the year 1983, and
WHEREAS the Personnel Committee has reviewed financial and budgetary concerns,
general economic factors, and represented staff settlements,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors,
meeting in regular session, accepts and implements the 1983 wage and salary
recommendations of the Personnel Committee for non -represented employees,
effective January 1, 1983, as follows:
An increase of 6.10% over the 1982 wages for all non -represented permanent.
full-time and part-time employees, and second -level temporary employees;
and the following adjustments -

Agriculture Agent No increase in '83
County contribution
Adjustments are made after the across-the-board
'83 increases are applied to the base salaries.
