RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Fair Association has need
for additional land adjoining the present St. Croix County Fairgrounds,
and;
W U=,S, a tender of adjoining land has been made by
Francis X. Rivard, owner of the following described real estate, to -wit:
Part of outlot 58, commencing 655.81 feet West of the
Westerly line of RR on the South Side of Oak Street,
West 200 feet, South 120 feet, then East 200 feet,
then North 120 feet to the point of beginning,
and;
WHEREAS, -the- tender- priet-- of- said- real- estate- is- T�mnty-
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the St. Croix County Board
of Supervisors negotiate the purchase of said real estate for the amount to

the best advantage to St. Croix County and agreeable by the St. Croix County
Board.
