Resolution
WHEREAS, it is deemed to be in the best interest of St. Croix
County to set forth a schedule for rates of pay for both part-time
deputies and full-time deputies when subject to part-time deputy
wages per union contract, and
WHEREAS, the Law Enforcement Committee, Personnel Committee, and
the Finance, Budget, Building and Bond Committee have met and studied
all aspects of such situation, and
WHEREAS, each of the above mentioned committees have met and
do recommend to the entire County Board that Schedule A, attached
hereto, be adopted, retroactive to March 1, 1983.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Croix County Board of
Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the attached Schedule
A for compensation for part-time deputies and for full-time deputies
when subject to part-time deputy pay be and is hereby adopted, retro-
active to
March
1, 1983.
