WHEREAS, St. Croix County has adopted a Flood Plain Ordinance that
has been approved by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors and;
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board of Adjustment has found said maps
as not being correct as to delineating the flood plain of E2 of the SW14
of Section 12, T29N-R19W, Township of Hudson and;
WHEREAS, it becomes necessary to amend said maps to comply with the
St. Croix County Flood Plain Ordinance;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the St. Croix County Board of
Supervisors meeting in regular session, act on correcting the Flood Plain
Map as corrected;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the amendment shall take effect upon
passage and proper publication according to Wisconsin Statutes.
