DAIRY PRODUCTS RESOLUTION
"Use of REAL Dairy Products" by St. Croix County Government Agencies.
WHEREAS, Agriculture is St. Croix County's largest industry, and;
WHEREAS, the agricultural economy of St. Croix County has a strong reflection on
all residents of St. Croix County, and;
WHEREAS, the sale of dairy products from St. Croix County farms amounted to $58
million in 1982, and;
WHEREAS, dairying amounts to 65% of all St. Croix County farm income, and;
WHEREAS, dairy products are wholesome, healthful, and important to human diets,and;
WHEREAS, 11REAL00 dairy products are used at the St. Croix County Health Center,
St. Croix County Jail, and St. Croix County Senior Citizen Center,
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that all citizens of St. Croix County be
encouraged to use "REAL dairy products, and;
Be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution be passed on to all
county boards in Wisconsin urging the adoption of this resolution to their
agencies and citizens.
