WHEREAS, a resolution was circulated among County Board Supervisors
during July of 1983 which resolution authorized the Community Options Program
Planning Committee to send a Letter of Intent for St. Croix County to participate
in a volunteer Community Options Program for the calendar year 1984 to the State
of Wisconsin, Department of Health and Social Services; and
WHEREAS, said resolution further provided that should St. Croix County
be selected as a participant in the Community Options Program for 1984, that
the matter be returned to the Board of Supervisors for final approval; and
WHEREAS, the State of Wisconsin, Department of Health and Social Services
has selected St. Croix County to be a participant in the said volunteer County
Community Options Program for 1984,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors,
meeting in regular session, that St. Croix County accepts its selection to partici-
pate in the volunteer County Community Options Program for the calendar year 1984.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said acceptance shall be communicated to the
State of Wisconsin, Department of Health and Social Services, as soon as possible.
