WHEREAS, Wisconsin Statutes Section 59.74(1) permits counties to designate
one or more banks, banking institutions, or trust companies, located in Wisconsin,
as county depositories; and
WHEREAS, said Statute further provides that counties are authorized to
designate one or more of said financial institutions as working banks within
which all deposits shall be active deposits; and
WHEREAS, the Finance, Budget, Building and Bond Committee of the St. Croix
County Board of Supervisors has advertised for bids from St. Croix County financial
institutions for the purpose of designating one as the working bank for county
active deposits; and
WHEREAS, on November 7, 1983 the said Finance, Budget, Building and Bond
Committee met and selected the bid of the State Bank of Roberts, Roberts, Wisconsin,
as the County's working bank for active county deposits for the fiscal year 1984,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors,
meeting in regular session, that the State Bank of Roberts, Roberts, Wisconsin,
is hereby designated as the working bank for all active deposits of County funds
for the fiscal year 1984; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that during the fiscal year 1984 the following
financial institutions, located in Wisconsin, shall be designated as County
depositories within which may be deposited non -active deposits of County funds:
First National Bank of Hudson
State Bank of Hudson
First Federal Savings and Loan of Eau Claire
First Federal Savings and Loan of LaCrosse
Bank of New Richmond
First National Bank of New Richmond
State Bank of Roberts
