WHEREAS on June 22, 1976, the St® Croix County Board of
Supervisors adopted Resolution #39(76) requiring a voter re-
ferendum whenever any future building programs financed by ti-Q&

WHEREAS, it now appears that Resolution #39 (76) was adopted

WHEREAS, County Board Supervisors are elected to serve the
