Present: Jan Zoerb, Lois Burri, William Peavey, Ron Raymond and Kim Reaman
Excused: Gene Ruetz
Chairman Raymond called the meeting to order at 9:10 a.m.
Peavey was excused at 9:15 a.m. for a fire /ambulance call.
Motion by Burri to approve the agenda as printed. Seconded by Zoerb. Motion passed.
Date of the next meeting: Sept 7, 2004 at 9 a.m.
Action on the previous minutes and vouchers was deferred until the next regularly scheduled
meeting.
Administrative Report
Review of 2005 Proposed Budget: Reaman reviewed the budget with the proposed changes for
2005. Motion by Zoerb to approve the proposed budget and forward it to the Finance Committee
as presented. Seconded by Burri. Motion passed.
Chairman Raymond, declared the meeting adjourned.
