SURVEYOR'S NOTE: This map of survey was originally for the purpose of locating the west property line of Lot 1 for the evaluation of a possible new septic system location. A suitable location could not be found on Lot 1 so the septic system easement shown herein is based upon a location identified by the soil tester. In addition, a high water line of 1093.7 as specified on the original CSM was located to insure that the new septic system would be located above the potential flooding hazard determined with the design of bridge structure B-55-115.
