CALL TO ORDER — Supervisor Wentz called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m. in the Room 1281 of the
Government Center in Hudson.
ROLL CALL — Wentz, Erickson, Gunderson

ACTION ON PREVIOUS MINUTES: The minutes of the August 31, 2004 meeting were approved.
NEW BUSINESS:
1. Meeting with Ayres re: Satisfaction Survey
The Committee met with Mike Berg of Ayres to review the customer satisfaction survey the
Committee had filled out in September.
