May 5, 2004 Huber Building Committee Meeting Minutes
Board Room, HHS Building, New Richmond
CALL TO ORDER — Supervisor Wentz called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m. in the Boardroom of the Health
Center in New Richmond.
ROLL CALL — Wentz, Erickson, Gunderson
Also in attendance: Robole, Whiting, Best
ACTION ON PREVIOUS MINUTES: The minutes of the March 10, 2004 meeting was approved.
NEW BUSINESS:
1. The Committee members reviewed the project status with Whiting, Robole and Best. Final issues
are still be worked out with Dell. Tom Thompkins has reported to Whiting and Robole that Dell
is showing movement towards completion. The outdoor hand railing is being put in and the
parking lot will soon be striped. Operation and maintenance manuals are still forthcoming.
Temperatures above the risers are still an issue. While the city building inspector has given his
verbal okay to occupy the building, a written certificate is yet to be delivered.
2. Next meeting: The Committee discussed having the next meeting at a time at which action would
be required to pay bills. Whiting will contact the Committee at that time.
