Richard Peterson, Marguerite Sumner, Wanda Viellieux, Melissa Walthal, Marge

MEMBERS ABSENT: Robert Boche, John Garden, Debbie Ramacher
STAFF PRESENT: Ron Lockwood, LTS Coordinator; Angie Magoon, LTS Program

Meeting called to order by Gregerson at 1:30 p.m.
Roll Call: Quorum present
Motion to adopt agenda by Wolske, second by Mortensen, motion carried.
Motion to accept previous meeting minutes by Viellieux, second by Sumner, motion
carried.
Next Meeting Date: Thursday, Thursday, April 29"', 2004 at 1:30pm in Board Room at
Human Services Complex, New Richmond.
Senator Harsdorf gave legislative update.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
Northern Center Relocations: Update by Lockwood. One person has moved as of
2/3/04. LTS is working on placements for another person currently to move to Baldwin.
Discussion.
Implementation of Intensive Autism Benefit: Update by Lockwood. Discussion.
Progress report on Waiver for Children with severe emotional problems: Update
by Lockwood. Discussion. State is still working on this waiver.
NEW BUSINESS:
Financial Report: Hand out by Lockwood. Discussion.

Variance & Purchase Requests. None
COP High -Cost Requests: None
Nursing Home relocation requests: None at this time.
Department on Aging Report-Sandy Gehrmann: Gehrmann handed out draft
brochure for a caregivers meeting. FEMA grant was $10,000, which $3500 will go
towards emergency meals and provide incontinent products. Senior Center in Roberts
opened on 1/28/04, good turnout.
Melissa Walthal announced she will be off June, July, and August for maternity leave.
Motion made to adjourn at 3:05 p.m. by Mortensen, second by Peterson. Motion
carried.
