St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee
Tuesday, January 20, 2004
St. Croix County Government Center, Hudson, Wisconsin
Committee members present: Supervisors Veronica Anderson, Jan Zoerb, Linda Luckey and
Lois Burn. Supervisor Art Jensen was absent and excused.
Staff present: Steve Fisher, Dave Fodroczi, Ellen Denzer, Jon Sonnentag.
Others present: County Board Chairman Buck Malick, Dan Johanneck
Luckey called the meeting to order at 12:00 p.m. Motion by Burn, seconded by Zoerb and
carried to adopt the agenda.
The committee recessed for lunch at 12:02 p.m. The meeting reconvened at 1:10 p.m.
Subdivision Ordinance: The Committee reviewed the staff's draft of the proposed subdivision
ordinance.
The committee discussed impact fees and the responsibility being with the Finance Committee.
Meeting declared adjourned at 3:20 p.m.
