St. Croix County Planning and Zoning Committee
Tuesday, March 30, 2004

Chairman Art Jensen, Supervisors Lois Burri, Linda Luckey, and Jan Zoerb. Staff: Dave
Fodroczi, Jon Sonnentag, Bob Heise, Ellen Denzer, Pete Kling, Rod Eslinger. Guests: See
attached list.
Chairman Jensen called the meeting to order at 7:05 p.m. Chairman Jensen welcomed everyone
to the meeting and announced that the evening's agenda would consist of information and
discussion of revisions or amendments to the Chapter 12 Sanitary Ordinance, Chapter 13 Land
Division Ordinance and Chapter 17 Zoning Ordinance. He then turned the meeting over to
Planning Director Dave Fodroczi.
Fodroczi and Zoning Specialist Jon Sonnentag presented information on the proposed ordinance
changes. A PowerPoint handout is available with the complete presentation. Fodroczi reviewed
changes in all three ordinances relative to conservation design development. Sonnentag
reviewed the general changes in the three ordinances.
A question and answer period followed with time spent on any ordinance changes people had
questions about and the adoption procedures for each ordinance.
The chairman adjourned the meeting at 9:30 p.m.
