PROPERTY DESCRIPTION:
Part of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 13 and part of the NE 1/4 of the
NE 1/4 of Section 24, Township 29 North, Range 19 West, Town of Hudson,
St. Croix County Wisconsin, previously described in Document No. 1025638
as recorded in the Register of Deeds for said County and more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section 13; thence along the
south line of said SE 1/4, S89°24'33"W a distance of 1327.99 feet to the
west line of said SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4; thence N00°13'57"E along said west
line 460.57 feet to the southerly right of way of the Union Pacific Railroad;
thence S63°21'07"E along said right of way 608.69 feet; thence continuing
along said right of way, along the arc of a curve, concave northeasterly, a
distance of 398.37 feet, said curve has a radius of 5836.58 feet and a chord
that bears S65°18'26.5"E a distance of 398.30 feet to the northwesterly
boundary of Parcel 4 of a Certified Survey Map recorded in Volume 1 Page
193; thence S64°19'21"W along said northwesterly boundary a distance of
