Septic Tank is to be pumped once every 3 years. 2. Effluent filter is to be cleaned once a year. Please note: a larger filter is being installed in order to extend the maintenance interval of the filter. 3. Once every 3 years, cells are to be inspected via the inspections pipes at the end:; of the cells. 4. Owner agrees to limit greases, garbage, and water conditioner discharge into the sy:ftem. 5. The owner agrees to save this plan. 6. Do not plant trees nor park nor drive over system. 7. Watershed is to be diverted away from system. 8.
