The meeting was called to order by Chairman King at 8:3o A.M.

Roll call was taken with King, Grant, Jacobson, Peterson and Rebholz in attendance. Others present for all or
parts of the meeting include Tim Ramberg, Jim Harer, and Eileen Grahm.
• motion was made and seconded (Jacobson/Peterson) to adopt the agenda as published.
• motion was made and seconded (Peterson/Rebholz) to convene into closed session pursuant to Wisconsin State Statue
19.85(1)(c) for the purpose of employment interviews. Motion carried.
A motion was made and seconded (Grant/Jacobson) to reconvene into open session. Motion carried.
Adjournment: A motion was made and seconded (Rebholz /Peterson) to adjourn at 11:5o A.M. Motion
carried.
