Along with this letter is a partial copy of page 1 of the plat of Waldroff Meadows. On that copy I have circled
in red the survey markers on Lots 10, 11 & 12 that we found in place and the ones that we found in place but
were slightly disturbed because of frost heave from being in the swampy area and have confirmed that their
current positions agree with the plat of Waldroff Meadows.
While finding and marking the corners we did notice that the neighbors on both the east and west sides of
your property are mowing well onto your side of the deeded lines. You may want to have a conversation with
them about the property lines before an adverse possession claim ripens.
This letter is given to certify that I have found the indicated iron markers and located them to be in their
original position according to Lots 10, 11 & 12 of the plat of Waldroff Meadows. The survey work completed
does not attempt to replace, modify, or supersede the current boundary or property survey of record. The
purpose of this survey work was to confirm that the markers indicated on the copy of the plat of Waldroff
Meadows, that accompanies this letter, agree with the original positions and to certify the position of the
Surveyor
