St. Croix County, Wisconsin
WHEREAS, cemetery plats require county board and town board approval under Wisconsin
Statutes § 1 5 7.07, unless the plat is located in a city of the 1 st class; and
WHEREAS, the German Settlement Cemetery Association has submitted a plat for the German
Settlement Cemetery in the Town of Troy; and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Department has reviewed the plat for confon with
Wisconsin Statutes §157.07; and
WHEREAS, the Community Development Committee recommends approval.
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors that the plat of the
German Settlement Cemetery is hereby approved.
