PROPERTY DESCRIPTION (From Document No.
877173):
Boundaries of the property surveyed hereon are established as follows:
A parcel of land containing one and one half (1-1/2) acres,
Southern Boundary- The property deed indicates an iron pipe stake, 25 feet more or
more or less, lying in Government Lot 1, Section 36,
less from the shore of Lake St. Croix and 2103 feet west of the Southeast corner of
Township 28 North, Range 20 West, further described as
Government Lot 1. I believe the iron pipe shown, Iron Pipe "A" is the stake
follows: Beginning at an iron pipe stake on the South line
referenced in the deed. Distance fits reasonably well to an old fence corner near the
of Government Lot 1 a distance of 2,103 feet West of the
Southeast corner of Government Lot 3 which is likely the point which would have
