Said plat being located in the NW % of the NE % And part of the SW % of the NW % of Section 31, T31N, R17W, City of Hudson. Dear Ms. Hofer Along with this letter is a partial copy of the plat of Lake View Estates. Lake View Estates is recorded in the St. Croix County Register of Deeds. On that copy I have circled in red the survey markers on Lot 41 that we found in place and have confirmed that their current positions agree with the plat of Lake View Estates as recorded on October 4, 2002. Per our contract, we have found and confirmed the indicated markers delineating the corners of Lot 41 of said plat. All corner markers were in and appeared to be undisturbed and in their original position. This letter is given to certify that I have found the indicated iron markers and located them to be in their original position according to Lot 41 of the Original plat of Lake View Estates. The survey work completed does not attempt to replace, modify, or supersede the current boundary or plat of record. The purpose of this survey work was to confirm that the markers indicated on the copy of the plat that accompanies this letter agree with the original positions and to certify the position of the markers.
