CROIX COUNTY, WISCONSIN: BEING LOT 1 OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP RECORDED IN VOL. 12, PG. 3332 AS DOC. NO. 564434 IN THE ST. CROIX COUNTY REGISTER OF DEEDS. N 89°26'36" 3397.31" NOTE: No new lots have been created with this survey. The purpose of this survey was to find, mark and define the boundaries of Lot 1. During the course of the survey it was discovered that the markers set, when Lot 1 was created, did not quite con^espond to the infomnation given on the original map. The distances between the found markers fit the distances given on the original Certified Survey Map pretty well. However it should be noted that both the northerly markers were slightly north of the east -west VA section line and the northwest and southwest markers were slightly west of the west line of the NE VA of the SW>4 of said Section 34. I believe there may have been a small en"or in the original calculations for the Certified Survey Map or a small blunder in the field work that caused these markers to not agree with the original Certified Survey Map. Or, the section corners that the original surveyor used may have been in a slightly different location. A check of the section corner tie sheets for these section corners do not indicate than anything has been changed or adjusted by the county. These markers have been in place, and have been honored as the boundary since 1997 when the lot was created. E COR. SEC. 34 (ALUM. CAP FND.) A parcel of land located in the NE YA of the SW>'4 of Section 34, T28N, R19W, Town of Troy, St Croix County, Wisconsin, further described as follows: Lot 1 of Certified Survey Map recorded in volume 12, page 3332 as document number 564434 in the St. Croix County Register of Deeds. Said lot contains, 273,917 square feet (6.29 acres) more or less and is subject to any easements, restrictions or covenants of record. I, Joseph W.
