DESCRIPTION: A line located in the NE VA of the fractional NW of Section 7, T29N, R17W, Town of Hammond, St. Croix County, Wisconsin, further described as follows: Commencing at the Nl4 corner of said Section 7; thence S89'*08'18"W 945.21' along the north line of the fractional NW V4, of said Section 7 to the southwesterly line of those lands described in document number 983049 in the St. Croix County Register of Deeds office; thence along said southwesterly line S35''19'51"E 606.50' to a found 1.3" outside diameter iron pipe on the south line of said lands; thence N89°08'09"E 50.00' along said south line to a found 1.3" outside diameter iron pipe on a southwesterly line of said parcel; thence S42°40'29"E 80.50' along said southwesterly line to a found 1.3" outside diameter iron pipe on the west line of those lands described in document number 650899 in the St. Croix County Register of Deeds office; thence S00°32'39"E 145.00' along said westerly line to a 1.3" outside diameter iron pipe found at the southwesterly corner of those lands described in document number 650899; thence S47*'30'20"E 677.76' along the southwesterly lines of those lands described in document number 650899 and 1114613 in the St. Croix County Register of Deeds to the north - south section line of said Section 7 and the point of termination of said line.
