NOTE REGARDING 66'JOINT DRIVEWA Y The owners of Lots 2 & 3 have agreed to waive any interest in the 66' wide joint driveway easement as shown on the plat of Lundy's Preserve. Lot 3 has an existing driveway not located within the easement and Lot 2 has been approved by the Town of Richmond on Jan. 11, 2024 for a new driveway located at the position indicated on this map. That location is 137' west of the northeast corner of Lot 2. Two releases of easement have been signed and recorded by the owners of Lots 2 & 3 and are recorded in document numbers 1175983 and 1175984. The surveyor has also recorded an affidavit modifying the plat and that affidavit is recorded in document number 1175985. DESCRIPTION: A parcel of land located in the NWKA of the NE of Section 27, T30N, R18W, Town of Richmond, St. Croix County, Wisconsin, further described as follows: Lot 2 of the plat of Lundy's Preserve.
