Describe any record evidence, monument evidence, testimonial evidence or any other
material evidence considered and whether the monument was found or restored though
acceptance of an obliterated location.
November 13, 1979— T. Kuester Found Railroad Spike. Country Estates 2nd County Plat
December 7, 1979— T. Kuester Found Railroad Spike per CSM 4-915
April 123, 2004— T. Healy Found 1" Berntsen nail per CSM 18-4753
September 16, 2022— M. Erickson found corner from coordinates per MOS
August 3, 2023— F. Bleskachek and I found a 1" Berntsen nail at the corner in good condition, 1' east of
centerline. There is a map of section corners done by F. Ogden from the 1960's-1970's that indicates a
3/4" bar at this corner with 3 ties. i found all 3 ties as shown. No formal tie sheet has been filed on this
corner. It is not known who or when the corner was established, however the survey mark nail matches the
location of previous ties, surveys and fits well with the section. Therefor I believe the found 1" survey mark
nail to be the best available evidence of the original corner. i established ties as shown on previous sheet.
Describe any material:p_ between the location . of the restored corner and that
of .; previously restored «reestablished.
None known at this time.
