August 10, 2023— Fran B. and I visited this corner and found a Survey mark nail at the corner 2' east of
centerline intersection. There are no Ties of record. The county surveyors office has measured into the rebar
at this corner in the past, and the found survey nail matches that previous measurement very well. After
checking local surveys, I believe the survey mark nail to be the best location of the section corner. I
established 4 ties as shown on previous sheet.
