Most of the lot had been disturbed on this lot when creating the large drainage easement on this site. We will need verification of the soils with new soil tests and/or a new soil test to be conducted on this lot to insure that the area where the system will be installed has not been destroyed or altered in any way. There is also a note on this soil test that some of the soil tested area may have fill on it, but it also may have been cut. The best bet is to have a new soil test on this site. But, there are notes in the subdivision file stating that Lot 9 is one of the lots that had a severe amount of land disturbance activities, and that the soil test may not be useable. There were some notes in the subdivision file. Also, the map showing the soil borings on all lots, but Lot 9 does not have any soil borings shown on this map. I called and left a voicemail for Shaun Bird. I said that he and I could talk about this. Soils verifications will be required.
