Kevin/Ben, I just caught an error on the soil test I submitted for Matzek-Miller Construction for Parcel 4010.1077.70.000, The soil test was completed in November 2021. The limiting factor and required mound sand lift in the "recommendation section" are reversed. I am attaching a REVISED soil test report to this email with the necessary corrections.
