St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee
December 8, 2003
St. Croix County Government Center, Hudson, Wisconsin
Committee members present: Supervisors Art Jensen, Veronica Anderson, Jan Zoerb, Linda
Luckey and Lois Burri. Staff present: Steve Fisher, Dave Fodroczi, Ellen Denzer, Jon
Sonnentag.
Others present: Dan Johanneck
Chairman Jensen called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. Motion was made by Zoerb, seconded
by Anderson and carried to adopt the agenda. The next meeting is scheduled for December 9,
2003 at the Government Center in Hudson.
Subdivision Ordinance: The Committee reviewed the staff's draft of the proposed subdivision
ordinance.
Meeting declared adjourned at 8:55 p.m.

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee will be conducting a public
hearing on Wednesday, December 3, 2003 at 7:00 p.m. at the St. Croix County
Government Center, 1101 Carmichael Road, Hudson, Wisconsin (lower level community
room), to consider the following petition(s):
1) Mark and Melinda Lux, owner/ Sam Warp, agent, to rezone approximately
40 +/- acres of land from Agriculture to Ag -II. Location: The NW '/ of the SE
' /4, Section 34, T30N -R1 7W, Town of Erin Prairie.
Information on this petition may be obtained from the office of the Zoning Director, Hudson,
St. Croix County, Wisconsin. In the case of cancellation of this hearing, such notice will be
announced on WIXK and WEVR Radio Stations, or call the Zoning Office at 715 - 386 -4680
before 5:00 p.m.

Committee members present: Supervisors Veronica Anderson, Jan Zoerb and Linda Luckey.
Art Jensen and Lois Burri were absent and excused. Staff present: Steve Fisher, Dave Fodroczi,
Ellen Denzer, Jon Sonnentag.
Others present: Dan Johanneck
Meeting called to order at 1:45 p.m. Motion was made by Zoerb, seconded by Anderson and
carried to adopt the agenda.
Subdivision Ordinance: The Committee reviewed the staff's draft of the proposed subdivision
ordinance. The next meeting of this group will be Monday, December 8th at 6:00 p.m. in the
community room at the Government Center in Hudson. The committee asked that Bob Heise
and Pete Kling be invited to attend this meeting to discuss Land and Water Conservation related
issues.
