Present: Planning, Zoning and Parks Members: Chairman Art Jensen, Supervisors Veronica
Anderson, Lois Burri and Linda Luckey. Land and Water Conservation Committee
Members: Chairman Art Jensen, Leon Berenschot, Chris Bethke, Lois Burri, Jim Cody and Ron
Raymond. Staff: Bob Heise and Dave Fodroczi. Guests: County Board Chairman Buck Malick
Adoption of the Agenda -The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. Motion by Raymond 2nd
by Bethke to adopt the agenda and carried.
Review and Comment on Hammond/Roberts Wastewater Facility- Heise and Fodroczi
reviewed the draft comments that were distributed to the committees prior to the meeting. The
committees discussed a number of specific suggestions to revise or add wording to improve,
strengthen or clarify the message of the comments. The committees had considerable discussion
to expand and strengthen the comments and recommendation regarding the proposed pipeline
from Hammond to Roberts.
Motion by Zoerb, 2 nd by Burri to authorize Chairman Jensen to sign the final draft of Comments
on the Hammond- Roberts Facility Plan Amendment. Motion carried.
Chairman Jensen adjourned the meeting at 9:00 p.m.
