The Board will view each site in question, after which the Board will deliberate and vote on the appeals. ARTICLE: Amend Condition Number 13 of the Lofty Acres, Inc. Board of Adjustment Decision dated August 9, 2000 pursuant to Section 17.70(7)(g). Request is regarding wording relating to the bonding for disposal of liquid manure.
