RE: Lot corner confirmation for portions of Lot 1 of that Certified Survey IVlap recorded in volume 6, page
1562 as document number 404220 in the St. Croix County Register of Deeds. Said Lot 1 being located in part
of the NE % of the SEl/4 of Section 14, T31N, R18W, Town of Star Prairie, St. Croix County, Wisconsin.

Along with this letter is a partial copy of Certified Survey Map recorded in volume 6, page 1562. This Certified
Survey Map is recorded is in the St. Croix County Register of Deeds. On that copy I have circled in red the
survey markers on Lot 2 the markers that we found in place and have confirmed that their current positions
agree with the original Certified Survey Map recorded on August 12,1985.
Per our contract, we have found and confirmed the indicated markers delineating the south line of said
Certified Survey Map. All corner markers of concern were in place and appeared to be undisturbed and in
their original position.
This letter is given to certify that I have found the indicated iron markers and located them to be in their
original position according to Lot 1 of Certified Survey Map recorded in volume 6, page 1562, document
number 404220. The survey work completed does not attempt to replace, modify, or supersede the current
boundary or plat of record. The purpose of this survey work was to confirm that the markers indicated on the
copy of the Certified Survey Map that accompanies this letter agree with the positions as they were set
originally and to certify the position of the markers.
