BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS
February 17, 1976
Mj,eeting called to order by Chairman Afdahl at 10:15 a.m. on
February 17, 1976. All members present.
The Board discussed proceedures to be followed during meetings
and hearings. Assistant District Attorney Lundell discussed the
proceedures needed to follow during meetings and hearings.
A. hearing (mock) was set-up and the proceedures followed. Mr.
Lundell stopped the hearing at points where mistakes were made and
had them corrected.
After the hearing, a discussion on what is needed to be corrected
and improved in order to improve meetings. Also a check list of
materials needed to be done in case a writ is brought to circuit
court from a person who feels that the Board has not treated
them fairly.
Being no further business, a motion by Supv. Holmes, seconded
by Supv. Luckwaldt to adjourn. Motion carried.
The next meeting of the Board of Adjustments will be held on
March 23, 1976, at 10:00 a.m, in the St. Croix County Board Room.
