Mr, Arthur Partridge and Mr. Francis Ogden were presetat to deliver
D'te for N�r. Partridge. Mr. Ogden, land surveyor, explaine,! !-_"Ute s'J1'.o';")1_'
on lot no. 3. He stated that the .6 of an acre. of 12% or les._�,
E-'Tope was correct. He- also stated that about .2 of an acre is 13% slope
1--nd 3 of an acre is from 13% to 17% slope.
Questions were asked by members of the Board. Assistant District
A' Lorac'Jakus was asked if the Board of Adjustments could grant a variancr,,
oa a lot within the S. Croix Rivey that has less than the one acre
net project area. Mr. Jakus informed the Board that a variance could be
anted.
Supervisor Pierson informed Mr. P * artridge that the Board of Adjustment
could not act on the setbacks until such time that house plans are
brought in and all the requirements listed in 3.10.6 of the St. Croix
Rivergay District are met.
After Mr. Partridge meets these requirements,the Board will then hear
his case.
Hearing adjourned at 12:00 noon.

Present were Supervisors Luckwaldt, Pierson and Afdahl.
Discussion concerning lot no. 3 of Arthur Partridge minor sub -division
Motion riiade by Supv. Pierson to permit building on a net -project area of
less than the net project area as required in the St. croix Riverway
District. Seconded by Supv, Afdahl, motion carried.
Vote yes to approve, no to reject.
Afdah.1 - yes
Pierson. - yes
Luckwaldt -yes
Chairman Luckwaldt made a motion to instruct the Zoning Administrator
to notLf-1,r DNR, the township and Mr. Partridge of the decision on the Board,
Seconded by Supv. Pierson. Motion carried®
