Meeting of November. 28, 1978, calledtoorder by Chairman Pierson at--
10:15 a.m. All members present: _
Minutes approved as corrected.. Correction: Mrs.-LaVenture and -Mr. Holcomb
setback from STH "64".
Hearing called to order at 10:30 a.m:- All members present.
-. Zoning Administrator read notice of bearing--as-:published in -the county
newspaper.
Village Five, Inc., Town--of_St-. Joseph, request to construct a building
that would -not -meet the setback requirements -of -Section 8.4-2 of the ST. CROIX
COUNTY ZONING ORDINANCE. They are requesting a variance of 47 feet from the
centerline of a town road -on one end and 56 feet -from the other end of the
building.

house a.16 lane bowling alley that would be an -addition to the present
structure on the property.
Questions by Board memmbers. Chairman Pierson informed Mr. Harwell that
the Zoning Administrator -will notify him of their decision after inspection
of the property by the Board.
Hearing recessed in order to make inspections.
- --Board went . into an---exe.eut-ive session at 1:00 p.m. Board returned to open
session to render a decision.
Motion by Supervisor Afdahl'to grant Village Five, Inc_ their request
to construct a building that would be 47 feet from the present centerline of
the town -road. -Seconded-by--Supervisor George, motion_:°carried

Hearing adjourned at 1:45 p.m.
Next scheduled -hearings are set for December 19, 1978, at 10:00 a.m.
in the County Board Room.- Date has been changed due to the Christmas Holiday.
