FINANCE, BUILDING, AND BOND COMMITTEE
October 18, 1993
Meeting called to order by Chairpersons Thomas Dorsey and Robert
Stephens at 7:00 p..m.
Supervisors Present: Rich Peterson, Robert Boche, Linda Luckey,
George Menter, Bill Oemichen, John Bradley, and Al Nyhagen
Staff Present: Dave Fodroczi, Tom Nelson, Corporation Counsel
Greg Timmerman, and Administrative Coordinator John Krizek
On the flip of the coin, it was determined that the Chairman of
Finance, Building, and Bond Committee would chair the joint
meeting.
Discussion on County Surveyor: Stephens presented the out-of-
date job description for the surveyor and noted that description
as it stands does not require a full-time position. Discussion
concluded that a new job description is needed, but opinion was
mixed as to whether the position should be full or part-time.
Chairperson Stephens' explained how the Surveyor's office could
function with a $50,000 allocation. There was mixed response to
the scenarios outlines and no consensus was reached.
Chairperson Stephens adjourned the meeting at 8:10 p.m.
